Providing an acoustic mass to reduce the transmission of sound between walls, this acoustic plasterboard is designed to be used as the first layer in metal stud separating walls and as in-fill board in floor systems. Best suited for new builds. Comes in a narrower 600mm width for easier handling of heavy boards, with a 2.4m height and 19mm thickness. With a white front and a grey backing - this wallboard plasterboard has a tapered edge, for seamless joining and finishing. Cut this board to size using a score and snap method. This board can be painted on the front-side (white/ivory) with an appropriate primer. complies with BS EN 520:2004+A1:2009 Type A Measures 600mm x 2400mm 19mm thickness Suitable for general drylining or in acoustic flooring systems.
