With a simple calculation, you can work out how many sheets you need for your Corrapol-BT Bitumen Corrugated Roof. The coverage width of a Corrapol-BT Roof Sheet is 855mm allowing for one corrugation overlap or 760mm if you are allowing for two corrugation overlaps. For example, if you had a roof that was 5 metres wide by 2 metres deep/long you would simply divide the width of your roof by the coverage width of a sheet. 5000mm ÷ 855mm = 5.85 Next, round up the number to ensure full coverage, meaning in this example you would require six Corrapol-BT Sheets across the width of your roof. Are Bitumen Roof Sheets made longer than 2 metres? No unfortunately due to the manufacturing process, all bitumen roofing sheets are only available up to 2 metres long. For most applications, you can simply overlap the sheets to achieve greater lengths. A unique benefit of the Corrapol BT and Awnapol Premium Bitumen Corrugated sheets is that they are available in 1 metre lengths which helps to reduce wastage when overlapping to longer lengths. If you are looking for a longer sheet it is worth considering the Corramet corrugated roof sheets which are available up to 4 metres long.
