This 3x3 (75mm x 75mm) Arris Rail is designed for use in fencing - typically to anchor and secure feather edge close-boarded fencing and is treated for resistance to moisture and pests, with a slight brown tint. Arris rail is a triangular length of wood cut designed for use in close board fencing. They are secured to the fence posts most typically by cutting the ends of each length down to fit a socket within the fence post, which creates a sturdy and secure base to hold fence panels or boards. Sometimes they are instead secured with Arris rail brackets. It is treated to UC3 to help protect against moisture and pest damage, and is suitable for outdoor use with no direct contact with the ground.
